The only way to find out about it was via word of mouth. No address was given, the only clue being a sign placed in the window, “Cocktails Here”. Yes, Plastic straws and stirrers replaced with eco-friendly alternatives offered on request. Branded plastic pens are replaced with recyclable pens. Use of refillable soaps and shampoos where possible. Pins in hotel rooms to help sort plastic waste.
